Today’s scheduled database maintenance (Thursday, October 8, 9:00–11:00 AM CEST) has been stopped before completion and will need to be rescheduled.
Shortly after starting, the team found that the maintenance couldn’t be safely completed while the platform was serving regular traffic. We stopped the work rather than risk disruption to customers.
All services, including media exports through our legacy exporting system (DMSv1), are operating normally. Customers served by DMSv1 may have seen brief delays in image delivery while the maintenance was in progress, but no further impact is expected.
No action is required from company members. We’ll share the new maintenance date on this Status page and in the #carcutter-status Slack channel once it’s confirmed.

We'll be performing scheduled database maintenance on Thursday, October 8, between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM CEST.
Disruptions may occur during this timeframe; we'll work to keep it as short as possible.
During the maintenance, the following service will be unavailable: - Media exports performed through our legacy exporting system (DMSv1)
Customers served by DMSv1 may experience delays in the delivery of images captured or processed during the maintenance window. These exports will resume once the maintenance is complete. No other services are expected to be impacted.
No action is required from company members. Progress and completion updates will be posted on our Status page, with notifications shared in the #carcutter-status Slack channel.
